Alex Auto Repair
3596 Moline St, Unit 103
Aurora, CO 80010
The row of units with the terracotta band. The sign reads Alex Auto Repair.
Finding us
Moline Street runs north–south between Smith Road and East 35th. We are in the row of units on the west side, unit 103. If you reach the Peoria Station park-and-ride you have gone slightly too far.

What happens
when you call
Someone at the shop picks up. We’ll ask three things: what the car is, what it’s doing, and how long it’s been doing it. That’s usually enough to tell you whether it needs to be seen today or whether it can wait.
If we can’t get to the phone, leave a message or send the form and we’ll call you back as soon as we’re out from under a car. If you aren’t sure how to describe it, that’s fine. “It makes a noise when I turn left” is useful information. So is “it’s felt wrong since Tuesday.”
What we won’t do is put a price on a job we haven’t seen. We can tell you what it takes to find out, and then you get the number before anything starts.
What to bring
- Any estimate you were given somewhere else: the line items tell us a lot.
- Paperwork from the last repair, if this problem has been “fixed” before.
- The claim number and adjuster’s name, if it’s an insurance collision job.
- A phone number you’ll actually answer, because we call before we do anything.
If the car isn’t safe to drive, say so on the phone. That changes the answer, and it changes the order things happen in.
