He speaks Spanish. In this part of Aurora that is not a convenience. It is the difference between being a customer and being handled: being able to describe the problem in the language you think in, and understand the answer.
About the team
The crew in this photograph is the shop. Brakes, transmissions, diagnostics and the engine work all happen in the same bay, with the same people.
