About
Alex, and the people
who work with him.
The shop is Alex Bustamante’s. It opened in 2005 and he still works in the bay.

Alex
Alex Bustamante opened this shop in 2005 and still works in the bay. When you call, there is a good chance he is the one who answers.
He speaks Spanish. In this part of Aurora that is not a convenience. It is the difference between being a customer and being handled: being able to describe the problem in the language you think in, and understand the answer.
About the team
Nobody who works here is named on this site. That is on purpose. A customer can name the person who fixed their car; the shop naming its own people is a different thing, and not something to publish without asking first.
The reviews do it anyway. Customers write about Alex and his team, his crew, all the staff. Some of them name the person who did the work.
That is the part worth noticing. Most people leave a garage without knowing who touched their car.

How the work runs
-
01
You call
You tell us what the car is doing. Noises, lights, when it happens.
-
02
We test it
We look at it and test the circuit or the part the fault points at, before replacing anything.
-
03
You get the number
What we found and what it costs. Before it starts, not after.
-
04
It gets done
The mechanical work, start to finish, in this bay.
-
05
You pick it up
And we tell you what we checked and didn’t need to touch.
Call the shop and describe what it’s doing. If it needs to come in, we’ll tell you when to bring it.
